DislikedIt will be good if you have training with waiter who is somtimes angry and seems that they are waiting for you to complete as soon as possible and go

LikedWe loved how welcoming the staff were and that they gave us directions to the main sights. Breakfast was very tasty, great quality and selection. There is a terrace on top of the hotel where we were able to order drinks and some food. Great atmosphere.

DislikedBreakfast room is a bit on a small side but the food itself was great.

LikedEnjoyed the breakfast and the room was spacious and clean.

DislikedThe lift was a little too small, but this was probably due to structure of the building.

LikedLocation was good and the room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok, but the selection was quite limited and also the same every day. We had the room on the corner of the building, and the soundproofing of the room was very good. Staff was very nice and helpful.

DislikedThe hotel is very small without much of a common area or space. Got the picture that the rooftop terrace would serve food, but that was not the case. Our room didn't have any closets to put clothes in and when travelling with the family, it would be nice so not to have stuff in the suitcase on the floor. Be careful when booking tours etc. from the reception as the service fee was almost as much as the tickets we bought. They mentioned the service cost, but I didn't somehow register it so that's on me, not the hotel. Overall we thought 4 stars seems a bit of a stretch.. For 4 stars you expect a bit of extra (gym, sauna, restaurant, etc.), closets in rooms, ironing board in room, shelves in the toilet to put toiletries on, maybe even a bit of luxury here and there. Instead the hotel's offerings are pretty basic.
