DislikedRoom was dirty, wallpaper was falling of the wall, breakfast was far below any expected standards (two croissants in plastic bag, two yogurts and some dry bread... already in the room), room was super dark with tiny windows and super small as for the price. I got the room that was supposed to have a large double bed, instead there were two single connected matrace... Under the bed there was some construction powders and chemicals... More over you have to leave the key at the reception but there is noone there when you come back so actually anyone can take your key to the room... Pics on booking are with tones of filters so you won't see the actual condition of the room.

LikedGreat location, kind staff and clean rooms. Love the woman in reception!! You can also leave your luggage there for free! Breakfast was great! Highly recommended.

DislikedMy stay at Luxury Rooms H 2000 Roma was unfortunately far from satisfactory. We encountered several issues that made our experience unpleasant. Firstly, locating the place was a challenge, taking us nearly an hour to find. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, and the bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast provided was unbelievably disappointing, and the overall ambiance had a bad smell. I would strongly advise against staying at Luxury Rooms H 2000 Roma based on my experience. It's important for potential guests to be aware of these shortcomings to make informed decisions about their accommodation. I hope the management takes note of these concerns and works towards improving the overall guest experience.
