LikedSuite was in a quiet area with pedestrian street behind, which have lovely restaurants to visit. There was really big balcony/patio for this room. Extra ironing room in the hotel is a useful feature. Staff was friendly and responded to all the remarks/wishes immediately. Variety things for breakfast, nicely replenished even in the last hour of service when was very peaceful. Good job with housekeeping. Location of the hotel is for people who enjoy a bit of a walk to the center but it's worth it.

DislikedHad to move rooms at 2 am due to hot temperature and noise. The next room was also noisy due to laundry delivery at 3.30 am one day and usually around 5.00 am.

LikedNice room and a good bed and pillows. Well situated for our needs. Good fitness room.

DislikedThe shower kept going hot and cold. The cleaning staff took and threw away our travel plastic bags, which is a pain as we had to go and buy new ones! To the manager: this should be a learning opportunity for the staff, do not do this, tidy them up, put them straight but do not throw them away! Thanks
