LikedI liked the hotel's room, which was quite large and spacious, and its location, which is right in the middle of the shopping and tourist areas. Close to everything and very comfortable.
DislikedThe employees at the reception were very tough, but maybe it has to do with the occupancy and the load they were under, there were no things I really didn't like to an extreme

LikedThe staff were very friendly and always cheerful and helpful, especially the breakfast staff at the really lovely and ample breakfast. A basket of Easter eggs was placed in our room on Easter Sunday.
DislikedThere wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

LikedGreat location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.
DislikedThe rooms were rather dated, although clean. USB charging points should be the norm now and we struggled to find a suitable plug that worked! The bed was a bit firm. Our room was dark and on 3rd floor so not a great room, I have read that there are nicer ones.

Good location We can walk to any famous attractions. Hotel employees are nice. The only shortcoming is the hotel is located in ZTL and doesn’t provide parking lot. If you driver you must parking your car outside the ZTL
