LikedThe location was fantastic ! I guess this is what you pay for.

DislikedBathroom was tiny and bidet was unnecessary, difficult to maneuver.. Room was dirty and bathroom door from inside was very dirty. No natural light in the bedroom . Window was in the roof . The room seemed like a prison. Breakfast was very basic. The socket was old and wasn’t able to recharge my phone.

LikedSuch a lovely hotel with a lot of history and you can’t get a better location. The staff are soo friendly and helpful. Loads of choice for breakfast with the best view in Rome.

DislikedThe view, the history, the location, the staff… can’t fault it.

LikedThe fact that it was right next to the Trevi Fountain.

DislikedIt’s expensive and I realize it’s because it’s right next to the Trevi Fountain BUT the entire hotel needs updating as soon as possible. It’s outdated. The rooms are small but for me that’s no problem. No hot water because city was working on that. Showers need better system to not have the water come out onto the floor all over. Bathroom is quite small- get rid of that bidet! Luggage was supposed to be brought to room and sadly it wasn’t and I had to go up to my room first to discover this. I stayed here because of where the hotel is- near the Trevi Fountain. That’s the best part!

LikedThe location absolutely spot on, got a free upgrade so opened window trevi fountain there. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, would use again.

DislikedThe celling fan didn't, work and to have a shower was quite difficult as the bath was narrow and deep and wall intruded into bath space.
