LikedThe location, just two steps away from the Piazza Navona is superb! Very rich breakfast and very friendly staff. The room has everything you need and is very clean. The perfect hotel for a perfect stay in Rome!

LikedThe room was beautiful the bed was comfortable and the location was spot on !

DislikedThe bathroom had an awful smell , a sewerage smell .As a result the whole room had this disgusting smell and we couldn’t bare it . Thankfully we were out all day and only stayed there for 3 days . Moreover , it was hard to communicate with the receptionist since his English was not the greatest . And sadly when asked for a taxi they couldn’t call it for me , we paid 300+ euros per day for this hotel and was absolutely a bad experience . Do not recommend it !

DislikedHowever the rooms smelled very bad, it wasn't the cleanest hotel i have visited and the water in the coffee machine was from ages ago.

Dislikedthe hotel reception was the worst I have ever seen in my life there was no HOT WATER for 3 days and we had ZERO discount, it is a SHAME We came there several times but they gave us the smallest room, I asked for an upgrade, they ignored it even if we stayed for 10 DAYS The guy in the reception wanted to make my Roman boyfriend pay TAXES even if he lives there Very very rude people in the reception and for service They blocked an amount on my card, but then did not find the money, made me still pay again - I still have no idea were my 800 euros of guarantee went because they blocked them but did not take them Avoid at all cost, NOT GOOD AT ALL !!!
