DislikedPremium price for not such premium room. Bed keeps shaking every few minutes because of subway.

DislikedWe had a room overlooking the road where there was a bar, and it was very noisy. thanks to the hotel staff for moving us

LikedLocation next to Rome main station which was convenient but for any other attraction you will need to walk or take a bus. An old building renewed to be a hotel.

DislikedThe hotel has 2 sections and the lifts are confusing. Price paid was quite expensive for the location and the facility itself. Housekeeping comes at around 9-10 PM to check on any needed help or cleaning (very late!).

Likeda good breakfast, and resteraunt is OK, this is the only good point.

Dislikedif a 5 star hotel is like this , I am seriously disappointed on all the services. Just because it is not expensive? I will never compromise anymore, I am so sorry to stay in this hotel. 1. hotel not clean, smells not good 2. very small lift. if big family next go several times. 3. told me only the first night stay they offer complimentary water. 4. very very simple , noisyt and you will hear the other room activities.
