LikedIf you like breakfast buffet, this one was decent - a step up from continental breakfast with hot choices as well as traditional Italian pastries. The breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. The manager, Pamela, was very thoughtful and the staff made us feel welcome and at home. The location was amazing with the Spanish Steps in walking distance and tons of shopping places. We easily found our way around Rome from this location and the private patio outside our room was an extra perk! There's a pizza/gelato spot half a block down from the hotel and some lovely bistros/restaurants around the corner for lots of quality eating options.

DislikedMy only complaint would be that after traveling all day, we didn't get the quiet we were hoping for. The walls were thin and you could hear constant door slamming and steps down the hall as well as talking. Not a big deal if you're out and about and enjoy the energy but it was tough for daytime rest as our bodies were still getting acclimated to the time difference.

LikedThe location was everything so close to the Spanish steps, restaurants and shopping. Modern styled hotel with a really lovely vibe and was sensibly priced. The staff couldn't be more helpful - would definitely stay here again!

DislikedRoof top bar was compact and a lovely area but the drinks were so expensive. a glass of fizz/cava was 19 euros ... our stay was in March so coats (and sunglasses) were needed but would have used the facility...it seemed silly pricing when there were so many other nice bars nearby.

LikedWe loved with Palazzo Nainer! The location was excellent, close to all the hot spots of Rome! The rooms were amazing! Stylish, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was so nice and the people who served us in the breakfast were excellent! All the staff were so polite and willing to help, whatever we needed.

DislikedNothing! Only the fact that we had to leave!

DislikedThere were mosquitoes on the back balcony - because of the turf they use collects water so bring bug stuff
