LikedPerfect location beautiful hotel excellent staff amazing spa and breakfast was excellent only problem was Air conditioning in room not operating properly

LikedWe loved the pool area and proximity to the gardens.
DislikedWe had construction going on right above us which was very loud starting very early and throughout the day when we were trying to come back for a rest. We were not warned ahead of time about this. The room was very hot despite keeping the heat completely turned off and the window and balcony door open. It was hard to sleep.

LikedThis hotel is a little oasis steps away from the lovely Borghese garden. I love the spa, the attentive staff, and the classical Roman ambience. It's such a gem in the centre of Rome and I have been a regular for many years. ❤️

LikedWe love staying ima Parco dei Principe every time we are in Rome. The hotel is beautiful, the food is great and the spa pool is fantastic.
DislikedThe front desk employees were unpleasant and did not greet us like in the past. We had to carry our luggage out of the taxi into the lobby while the doorman was busy inside having chitchatting.. and didn’t stop when he Sao is! It was very unprofessional. We were tired and hungry so we didn’t make a fuss about it.
