LikedFirst, the location is great. Less than 2 minutes walking to the metro station. Not stuck in the middle of city, but still close enough to get to the center easily by metro in less than a 5 minutes ride. Also, there are good bus lines super close to the hotel (1 minute walking) that will get you anywhere in the city. We used the buses to get to Traverse and the Jewish quarter, which are not close to any metro station. Secondly, the staff was great. I'd like to mention Raquel and Elena. Elena gave us great tips for how to spend the day, where to go and how to get there. Raquel made a special gesture for my wife's birthday, which was celebrated during our stay. Third, the hotel feels new. Clean. Has everything you may need.

LikedFollowing the comments and overall ratings seen on booking.com I was surprised with the overall level of the property, staff and facilities. The property is only a short walking distance from the Centro Storico

LikedThe breakfast was fresh and plentiful. As visitors from the UK and Ireland Twining's Breakfast Tea would have been nice to have.

LikedWhy no apology from the hotel?

DislikedDirty sheets found on 1st night of check in. No cleaning staff on duty at night. No answer at frondesk.. Staff covered dirty sheet with new but did not replace 1st night. Manager never came to apologize for dirty sheets. No water or coffee in lobby. Trash outside never picked up in seating area. Confrontations between guests and front desk seemed to go on our entire stay. Upon checkout we were granted free breakfast which we had no time to use. Seems like a poorly managed hotel. Pre paid and were told by front desk they could not give money back because it was booked thru booking.com. Showed front desk dirty sheet pictures and no apology or reimbursement from hotel. Hotel Musica was a much better stay down the street.
