LikedLocation super, staff super, breakfast not to bad, nice and comfy room.

DislikedCleaning was disappointing for a four star hotel.

LikedThe location was excellent and staff where friendly. The room was a good size and breakfast was nice.

DislikedWe booked a room with 2 singles and 1 king as I have older teenagers only to arrive and find out they do not have those type of rooms and they blamed booking .com which seems the usual excuse for most hotels these days. The room did have a sofa bed which made up the 3rd bed in the end. The room was very dark with not much lighting meaning we struggled to do make up etc in the mirror. Nowhere to put accessories in the bath room and no power next to one side of the bed.

LikedLocation is perfect. Epicenter of monuments and shopping. Just 6m away from Rinascente! Rooms look nice, but showers needs some work. Overall quite pleasant and nice.

DislikedBreakfast should be more diverse for the price.

LikedIt was very clean, good water pressure and beautiful hotel.

DislikedIt is in a busy area so it is loud for most of the night but this is not the fault of the hotel
