Hotel Trevi

LikedLocation is great and the Palazzo is Charming. The Staff was very friendly and helpful.

DislikedThe room was on the base floor so it was a duplex and had no lift with very tiny stairs. It was difficult to lifgt my luggage to the bedroom. The bathroom ventilation was not great.

LikedRoom was spacious, quiet and very clean. It was in an excellent location for first time travellers to Rome. Easy walking distance to the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and Pantheon. Easy 10 minute walk to train station to go to the Vatican and Colosseum. The hotel is located in the heart of shopping and outdoor cafes. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

DislikedYou needed 4 different keys to open 4 different doors to access the room.

LikedThe location was perfect, everything was within walking distance. Our rooms were really spacious and modern (although the building itself was quite old fashioned). The reception staff were very welcoming.

DislikedOnly a small thing but the lift in our building could only fit 2 people in it at a time and sometimes it wasn't working so we had to take the stairs every time.

LikedGreat stay. Thank you! We really appreciated the ability to store luggage before/after checkout. They were also very helpful in getting us taxis. Lastly, they accommodated us with a packaged breakfast to-go when we had an early morning tour. Very good service.

LikedLocation was great. We got a quadruple room on a separate building but it was super upgraded. There was a jacuzzi and very modern design. Very clean and complete.
