Likednear bus stop, in between 2 metro stations

DislikedSomeone opened our door on 1 of the afternoons right after check in. We were caught unaware hence not sure if it was the housekeeping staff. There was no more reoccurrence but we did not sleep well for the next few nights for sure.

LikedPlace was comfortable and clean. It was about a ten minute walk from the Roma termini. Breakfast was a lot of hot and cold foods. It was definitely a good value. The staff was very helpful.

DislikedPaid or should say overpaid 195 euros per night in February and was given a double room with a small camp bed for myself and my two adult children. Room was small, had one plug socket and had no kettle. Breakfast was NOT included either. I found the staff , Gianluca in particular, most unfriendly and rude. Horrible customer service and a very bad mistake to book here, it would have been cheaper to pay the cancellation fee and book elsewhere. I would have saved £150 over the three nights. Also there is a city tax which was not disclosed to me, all told £564 for a three night stay. Dreadful place.
