Hotel Diocleziano

LikedIt was only 5 minutes walk to Roma Termini Station which made it so easy to travel to other cities. The hotel was walking distance to most landmarks in Rome. The room was very clean and comfortable. The rooms smelt lovely when we arrived. Wifi reception was strong. Rooms were serviced daily. All staff from reception, housekeeping staff to breakfast time staff, all were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. A very good selection was available. Many shops and restaurants close by. All in all it was a very pleasant experience at this hotel.

DislikedNo English channels on TV. All channels were in Italian.

LikedThe staff were amazing and so caring, supportive and kind.

DislikedOnly the mattress in the bedroom. It was impossible to sleep on it as it was rock hard.

LikedBest of this hotel is the staff, they are nice, polite and super caring. The room was clean and nice, though not very big. The location is great as it is close to the main station, with plenty of shops, restaurants and other facilities in the surrounding area. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of good quality options.

DislikedNothing apart from the slow (ish) Internet connection.

LikedLocation and rooms are super good for value. But overall staff is the most friendly and polite I’ve ever encountered. In this trip I stayed in many hotels, including The Ritz Carlton, and staff here was at this level in every regard, no questions about it. I was super happy to stay here with my Dad and we had the best time ever.

LikedRoom was filled with everything you need. Quiet. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious and view was nice. Breakfast was also very descent.
