LikedThe room was big, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is within 5 minutes distance from the Teatro Massimo, major streets and attractions.

LikedRoom is quite old but clean and spacious. Bathroom is amazing. It’s new, sparklingly clean and has everything I needed. Breakfast is nice but it’s cold cuts and pastries. No fried eggs or hot sausages.

LikedGreat location , comfortable room, great shower, excellent breakfast, wonderful workers at breakfast, quick answers to questions and arranged for driver to pick me up at the airport who was there waiting for me. Room was cleaned every day.
DislikedI did not receive a warm welcome and no offer to have my luggage brought to my room ( I am an 82 year old woman) so I brought it up myself. Only one bath towel in the room. Soap dispenser at the sink was extremely difficult to use.
