LikedThe location of the hotel was great: right in the middle of town, and close to the trains. It was easy to get to restaurants, bars, and museums. The hotel also advertised free usage of the facilities at a partner hotel by the beach, but we were unable to make time to go there.
DislikedWe booked a very large suite that advertised a balcony. The room did not have a balcony, and the front desk argued with me when I checked out until I showed them a listing. Check-in was extremely slow with multiple trips from the staff to and from the back of the check-in desk. We were checking in with four people, but we could have supplied our passports and such in advance. One of the bars shown in the photos was closed during our entire stay. Do not get the drip coffee at breakfast: it is inedible.
