LikedThe staff were helpful and always around. They helped me organize a ride to the airport at 4:15am for a 6 am flight and that went smoothly. the room was big and clean, and the hotel is easy to find with street parking around it. Right near the botanical gardens and several nice food options.
DislikedThe decor was boring, and the terrace was as well - including lots of bird poop - not really a place to sit and relax.

LikedAbsolutely perfect considering it is a hotel with parking on the edge of Palermo very close to the ferry terminal. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was dog friendly.
