Opera Relais De Charme

LikedLocation is great, very central but still quiet. Rooms are well equipped and spacious. Staff very friendly, they even gave us a free room upgrade.

LikedGood location, but..

DislikedThe area due to stone road is extremely loud. We could not open the window, our room on the first floor was facing towards the small alley where the hotel entrance is. But any noise from the road was amplified, so at no point of time one can open the windows. Unfortunately, there was was no possibility to switch off the floor heating, the window could be opened, but then sleeping due to the noise was not possible.

LikedConvenient location ,super facilities,very clean and modern.Bed linen was high quality.We had 3 apartments and all were very modern and like the photos on Booking.com / EXCEPT The large apartment with two bedrooms( from the booking photos showed it to have two balconies-which the family were looking forward to) however,upon arrival the apartment allocated had no balconies,the family staying in this one ,was extremely disappointed and it over shadowed their stay here.

DislikedThat the booking photos for the large apartment did not correspond with the one they received.

LikedPerfect location, very comfortable and well equipped, helpful staff, clean and tidy.
