LikedGreat location in relation to the bus station, airport, and the old town. The staff were warm and accommodating.
DislikedMost of the furniture and facilities were worn out and dated. The maintenance of the bedroom in particular was disappointing. You could see that previously it was a grand hotel but has since lacked investment and maintenance. And updated is needed.

DislikedNo working AC in the room, very hot at night. The shower hot water knob did not work properly, had to take a cold shower.

Likedstaff were very friendly on receiving us and dealt with all our queries in a proficient manner. we were only there for 1 night so we did not make full use of all the facilities. i would however return
