LikedThe only 4 star thing at this hotel is the staff, and I would actually give them 5 stars for all the staff. Nicole, the lady at the reception was lovely, she was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast staff was very nice also and the staff I met in hotel was very polite and nice. There was a man (I could not see the name on his badge) who was transporting something with the lift and when I called the lift to my floor he took all the things out of the lift so I can use it without waiting. This was 5 stars. Grazie mille!

DislikedThe room was old, was smelling like an abandoned house and the price is too high for this conditions.
