LikedClean got great water pressure and great beds.

DislikedAir con did not work, you can hear extremely well from people upstairs pluss we were not informed our room would be 400 meters from reception and had to walk in the rain, that should be informed well in description

LikedStaff were very helpful and friendly, good location for what i needed, only a short walk to the town, good breakfast, clean room.

DislikedRoom was a bit warm and stuffy at night which made sleeping difficult.

Dislikedeverything was great and good service Chemi the receptionist was amazing , very professional and kind, she took her time to explain the way to Via Goito I had forgotten my universal charger from uk and she helped me with one which ii gave back after my stay i can’t thank her more as she was just amazing if i have to come to parma again Hotel Ibis will always be the place for me to stay and so i recommend

DislikedBe aware of which hotel you book, we walked to the main building, checked in and then had to walk 6+ blocks to the actual hotel. No AC, uncomfortable beds.
