LikedThe room is very spacious, recently renovated, with a comfortable bed and attention to detail. It is practically a small loft apartment (but without a kitchen). The location is perfect.

DislikedThe price of parking is too high, €30 per day seems abusive to me. It is more than you can pay in Zurich, one of the 3 most expensive cities in the world.

LikedRoom was very spacious and extremely clean. Staff were amazing and happy to help you with anything. Check in/out process was seamless. Breakfast served in the room was a very nice touch. Overall all a really pleasant stay and would highly recommend.

Liked- quite street - but right in the center, 1min walking to Arena di Verona, Piazza Brà - 24h reception - good breakfast served at the room - very friendly staff - a lot of wardrobe space to store clothes

Disliked- too stiff pillows

LikedI loved the great staff, big and clean rooms, the delicious breakfast and the birthday gift with the champagne.I also love the location and how close we were to the centre. It was fabulous.

LikedBreakfast was fantastic, bed very comfortable. Excellent and helpful staff.

DislikedIt was noisy outside (my particular room was overlooking a busy street) but nothing the staff could have done about that and didn't go on too late.
