LikedThe hotel locates near station Arezzo Casella 1 of local railway to Casentino in one stop from Arezzo Centrale. To walk to the city center 15-25 min, to Arezzo Centrale and bus station - 20-30 min. The room had all basic amentities including a kettler. The bathroom had shower, WC, bide. The breakfast was good. The staff was helpful.

DislikedThe safe did not work.

LikedThis hotel is very luxurious, confortable and beatiful. I liked the room, because the space was very big and useful. Inside the room exist a confortable bathub and a eletric kettle and some packets of coffee and tea. The staff was very kind too. And I can't forgot the very special breakfast 😊

DislikedI can't say anything about the my room. Maybe the location cab be far for some peoples, not for me... in around 10min i can get the downtown.

LikedThe room is wide and very clean. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance from the town centre.

DislikedEverything was fine but rooms facing the street might hear cars driving by.

DislikedThis stay was supposed to be a Christmas present for my mum and dad, therefore the payment was made before their arrival notwithstanding the fact that the payment was due at check-in. Then at check out, the receptionist asked my parents to pay (even though the room and city tax were both already settled) leaving them perplexed. Once realised that he made a mistake and that the room was already paid, without even apologising for the inconvenience he printed and gave the receipt of payment to my mum, showing her how much we spent for their Christmas gift. Very disappointing is all I can say.
