Cozy feel in the Center—cobblestones, porticos, Mercato Albinelli, Enzo Ferrari Museum, incredible food, particularly Uva d’Oro restaurant (went to dinner there twice as it was so enjoyable) and Sant’Agostino three times for late afternoon aperitivi.

This was a really lovely city with an extensive pedestrian town centre. The Duomo is a highlight, the covered market is charming (it re-opens in the evening with a variety of what seem like pop-up restaurants) and the very grand town hall was worth a visit. You are spoilt for choice for restaurants - we liked Stallo Pomodoro and Da Danilo for dinner- both had outside terraces, and for lunch, Aldina, a very traditional no frills trattoria on the first floor near the market. Blums, a prize-winning gelateria, served the best ice cream I had on this trip.

Really a treat, Modena deserves to be better known.
Really a treat, Modena deserves to be better known. A beautiful and walkable city, with magnificent food, good and variegated shops, and did I mention the magnificent food? The Galleria Estense is an excellent museum (with all information in Italian and English). Opening hours for churches are a bit intransparent (and not always kept), but the city is definitely worth a trip!

A beautiful town not overrun by tourists or tourism, with good restaurants, lovely sites, and extremely well kept buildings. It is easily walkable (no tourist cars in the center). If there was something to avoid, I could not find it.
The room was very clean and the children loved being able to watch YouTube on the TV. The staff is very efficient and helpful. We received clear instructions via WhatsApp to find the hotel and enable the keyless lock and could immediately access the room without wait. And THE BEST PART: I forgot my Kindle in the room and they ensured I got it back without going back to Modena!! Five stars just for the honesty and all the coordination effort to return my Kindle.
Excellent location to explore Modena and the apartment was very comfortable. Very well maintained and had everything we needed including driving and parking permits. The host provided a permit that allowed us to drive in the limited traffic zone which was very much needed. It enabled us to drop off our luggage and then park our car with the parking permit provided. Excellent attention to everything that made our arrival and departure simple and hassle free.
This is a good location, not far from the city center. We were in Modena to visit friends who live on the other side of the center. While the bedroom is a bit small, there is also access to the kitchen and a private bath. Interesting artwork and shelves full of fascinating books decorate the bedroom. Breakfast was fine and waiting each morning: yogurt, cereal, fruit and milk. We were able to park our vehicle at our friends' home so parking was not an issue.
The location is really great - although not in the centre, we found everything to be a short 10 / 15 minute walk away - the hotel is especially close to Cesare Modena, the really cool cocktail bar which we really enjoyed. Our room was a really great size with a lovely big bed, and also we loved how clean it was - the cleanliness actually really made it for us.
Modern, v comfortable. Excellent and spacious rooms, super walk in shower. Staff v friendly and helpful, particularly in the restaurants. Great breakfast and enjoyed a good dinner there. Free parking and loading bay. Distance to Modena not a problem but beeare the ZTL zones in the okd centre. Can v much recommend the hotel.
Historic palazzo hotel in a quiet street in the centre of Modena. Very stylish an well maintained. Nice and cleen rooms and frendly staff. Extended breakfast with everything tasty Emilia region offers, including sparkling prosecco. It was our 4th stay in this hotel and I surely will come back to this place.
Our stay was ok, except the breakfast. Room was clean and quiet, had air conditioning which was useful for the heat we experienced in Modena. Had also safe parking for our motorcycle and was allowed to bring our little dog along, free of charge.
We choose this B&B because the close distance to both Modena as Maranello as we were visiting the Ferrari and Lamborghini museums.
The owner was very nice and helpfull.
Very clean room.
Comfiest bed ever in a B&B or hotel.
The room was spotless! And it was the best shower I had in Italy. The size was incredible! The check-in was very easy as was the access the the property. Everything felt very secure. Loved the decor of the room.
The Staff were every Friendly and helpful, the room was spectacular absolutely clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was great. This was like a 5 Star Hotel I would highly recommend it.
The hotel was near the center of Modena. Around 30min walk, which is amazing. The location is good, everything was really quiet. The room had a unique vibe to it in a good way. 😊
Fantastic location, loved the bnb self-service model! Nice rooms, way better than some 4-star hotels at which I previously stayed in Modena. I will definitely stay here again.
Felt like home on our days in Modena. Comfortable and spacious. Across the street from the our favourite market in all of Italy and the centre of Modena. We loved it!!
