I used to stay at this hotel when I goto Perugia. View from the window in the morning is amazing. And staffs are kind and nice. I will stay again

LikedOld entrance, breakfast service non existing, charging for water of a minibar non existing variety of offer is ridiculous nowadays! AC not available is understandable-No ventilation unacceptable.

LikedVery good location for buses and for the scala mobile that takes you up to the old town. Staff very helpful and friendly.

LikedGreat location on the edge of the old town next to the bus station. Very comfortable room and nice bathroom. Spacious and light public areas in the hotel.
DislikedThe WiFi was very unreliable. The room lacked basic things like a kettle and tea & coffee making facilities which is expected in hotel which markets itself as 4 stars. The mineral water in the room was chargeable at €2.50 per very small bottle. The breakfast room was understaffed and quite badly managed - lots of uncleared tables. The luggage storage area at reception was unsupervised which was concerning in terms of security.
