LikedThe staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good in the historical center. The breakfast is good although there is no hot meals like fried eggs etc.

DislikedPlastic disposable cups in room. Supply your guests with proper wine glasses. Water luke warm. Lift broke. Had to carry heavy cases down 3 flights.

DislikedUnfortunately our first breakfast in the dining room was chaos. The coffee/tea machine was not working. We only had Italian channels in the TV. The room needs some doing up, fresh paint & repairs to the skirting as it was broken.
