We didn't meet any staff in person, but the guidance they provided online was very helpful and check in was super easy. The rooms were cozy, clean, and very pretty. The bathrooms were clean and the shower was very nice. The building required a pin pad entry, then room keys allow elevator and room access. Very streamlined and safe for families or solo travelers.

Staff was very friendly but don’t expect everyone to speak English. They would try to help you with that ever you ask them. Breakfast was nice but because they couldn’t understand English I never go to understand when they started and ended the breakfast. Location was nice as well.
