LikedThe hotel was situated in the vicinity of the main attraction, the leaning tower and the cathedral. Furthermore near great restaurants, nice shopping area and very easy to reach. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was cleans and the bathroom, although small was shining. The restaurant of the same owners gave us a discount because we stayed at their hotel. The breakfast was simple but enough and tasteful with a good choice of bread and sweets.

DislikedYou could see it was an old building that at some places needed refurbishment but not disturbing.

LikedIt’s very close to major sites. It was nice to walk to the Leaning Tower at 7 am before the crowds! Or 9pm. Breakfast terrace looks at the tower! The staff is very kind. The beds were not too soft or too hard: perfect.
