The breakfast was very good, the staff at breakfast was very, very kind and helpful. The room was pretty big, clean and had a nice view of the park in front. The parking's near the hotel, which is very convenient if you're renting a car and driving every day, as were we.

The size of room is good, the beds are not too soft, it was nice sleep. But on the other hand the beds are also really small. You should not expect too much from this hotel. Although outside is really nice space. The breakfast included some pastry (it was good) and coffee. Ladies in the cafe are nice and very cheerful.

The Apulian capital Bari has been known for its port since Roman times. Nowadays there are 2 harbours: cruise ships and ferries to Greece and Croatia depart from the new port, while the old port shelters fishing vessels.
Between them is a seafront road bordering the real attraction – the old town. Narrow, cobbled streets lead under arches to hidden piazzas with pavement cafes. Many are on adjoining Piazza Mercantile and Piazza del Ferrarese, where the old Roman road is exposed.
The imposing 12th-century Norman-Swabian Castle guards the west of the historic centre, and the simple Cathedral of San Sabino is from the same period. Equally understated is the Basilica of St Nicholas, housing relics of the saint. Pope John Paul II once prayed there, which may have given rise to Bari Airport’s name: Karol Wojtyła Airport.
Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the meeting point of the old town and the Murat district, built under orders of Napoleon’s brother-in-law. Facing each other across this street are the colourful façades of the municipal office and Piccinni Theatre, though most prestigious is the Petruzzelli Theatre opera house.
Booking.com’s Bari accommodation includes luxury hotels by the Fiera del Levante, cheap city centre apartments, and B&Bs near the train station. For families, the slides and swimming pools of Bari Acquapark make a great day out.
Lovely vibrant city, nice mix of old & new. We arrived on Saturday morning left Sunday afternoon. Clean city, friendly people & felt safe wandering around. Enjoyed a free walking tour.
Would love to return & would definitely recommend.

When we walked from the station to our apartment we were very worried as Bari looked a little seedy but when we got down to the waterfront and the old town we were enchanted. Lovely little winding alleys with so much to see including beautiful churches and wonderful places to eat. Don’t miss the street of the nonnas all sitting in doorways making pasta.

Bari is a walkable city with something for everyone, old town, beach, shopping, lovely food and plenty to see. Transport links are good to allow you to visit more of Puglia. We enjoyed Matera, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Monopoli and Poligno a Mare

A charming resort town with not a lot of things to do, with the exception of the vast choice of traditional Italian food and cuisine, which perfectly captures the spirit of Italy. It has everything in a tight package.

Bari is interesting and certainly worth a visit.
Bari is interesting and certainly worth a visit. The old town is crowded and busy and the narrow streets are fun to explore but your jostled quite a bit and we were warned about pickpockets. Parking is also VERY difficult and all the car parks were fil and closed off. We got lucky and found a spot but it was luck!

The staff at the tourist info are very cordial and speak good English. Recommend to book a city tour to get to know Bari and it's traditions better. Visits to nearby towns may be easily planned beforehand using trains and buses. Not to miss Alberbello, Polignano a Mare, Grotte di Castellana, Matera and Lecce.
Attentiveness, hospitality, and huge helpfulness on the part of the hosts. Stylish, beautiful room and old, but fully renovated house with elevator. Comfortable, clean apartment with balcony, met our expectations to the maximum. We can only recommend it to everyone, if you want to see Bari or just you want to swim/relaxing on the beach, the distance between the accomodation and the city centre is few hundred meters, the "Pane e Pomodoro" beach is only few km by bus (about 10 stop).
We loved our stay at Dilman! A modern luxury hotel in the best location in Bari, close to the smart shopping precinct and also to the old part of the city. Our room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and fabulous pillows. It was great having the coffee shop/bar next door where we had a delicious breakfast. The staff were amazing, so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We are staying one night on our way back from our trip around Puglia, I can’t wait to go back!
strategic location: quiet, safe, unique, real local residential area but still very close to city center (10min by bike ask tommaso about the bike)
facilities: not a five star hotel but instead with a five star host: ask tommaso for anything you need.
host: tommaso was the best host I’ve ever met, now he is my best friend in bari. he guided me through Polignano and matera and gave a lot of insider tips. Ask Tommaso, trust him and enjoy! cannot wait to be back!
Hotel is amazing! it is ex Sheraton, luxury, great rooms spacious, comfy beds, great breakfast and coffee (continental) hot drink service at the table during breakfast! Super nice staff (reception / cleaning / restaurant) chillout music in the bathroom! Great SPA area (free) Free Airport Shuttle! Is the best hotel in Bari, guaranteed you do not find better / more fancy. We highly recommend this hotel!
It is way better than 5 stars hotel for everything including host’s hospitality.
She carried our lugges which are very heavy. And you can eat bread, fruit juices, real fruits without charge. You can also cook pasta with all the ingredients which is provided free.
There is no right words to compliment this luxury apartment.
I will come back to bari only to this place as well.
Thanks for the hospitality of Agata, Nico and Marco. I am much appreciated that Nico came to the B and B to open the door for me on the first evening. Agata said I was the first one that couldn’t open the front door. In fact I turned the key to the wrong side.
Also thanks for the breakfast that Agata provided. It’s like a hotel breakfast, her danish and croissant are the best.
This is such a beautiful and comfortable hotel. The rooms are modernly designed, I felt like a was in a luxurious hotel, clean and spacious. The location was amazing and everything was within walking distance. Rafaele and Nancy were the best, such friendly people and always willing to help with whatever was needed. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this property
Great location, the apartment is located on the square next to the Bari Centrale train station. Room and bathroom nicely decorated, pleasant and clean. Coffee machine, tea, water in the fridge. Very comfy bed. Landlord took a great care of sending all informations about the apartment and directions, as well as recommended restaurants in the area. I’m giving the best rating:)
We had a great stay in Bari at CConforthotels R&B Suite&Chic.
Our room was superb - size / bed comfort / bathroom.
We even had two separate balconies on different sides of the room.
The location is great - at the edge of the 'grid pattern' and only 5 minutes walk from the edge of the old town.
Train station 10 minutes walk away and Ferry Terminal no more than 15.
Our time with 4RoomsBari is certainly up there among the best stays we've had. It's excellent in every point we look for in a hotel and they have exceeded our expectations.
Really in the town centre, yet only 5-10 mins. away from main train station and a pleasant walk to all major sights and restaurants.
Highly recommended!!!
From the outside it looks like a vintage hotel, but once you walk in you can see the updates in the lobby. Rooms were fine. Bathrooms have great showers. Breakfast was very complete and there is plenty of parking. Hotel is 15 mins from Bari city center and it has plenty of parking space. Good place to rest is passing through.
Great place with a lovely pool, a wonderful garden and the best croissants ever. ( at breakfast ).
We had just one night in Bari, on the last minute, and this property has many to offer, now and in the future.
Many thanks to hotel manager, very nice and helpful, he was there in the morning to ensure that everything its ok.
Great location! Clean flat withcomfy bed! The host was amazing giving us great recommendations for food. We had a small balcony and it was great to sit outside when we were in the flat. We will book the same place when we visit Bari next time. Our accommodation combined with the place left us with the very best impression.
The Metropolitan is definitely one of the finest of the many B&B's we have enjoyed and very likely the best equipped. The breakfast, with the heated pastries, was more than ample. The location next to the Bari rail stations was perfect for us and very quiet. The host, Pier, was friendly and efficient.
The appartment is a cozy one. There is not 5 stars, but it is clean, quite, in a safe area, near shops and near train station. It is also not so far of the old town. The caffe is very good. And a correct price
Palazzo Danisi is close to the train station and the historic center of Bari. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was the best and most varied we had in Italy.
The hotel is located in an excellent area,5 minutes away from the old town and 15 min walking to Bari Centrale. breakfast is excellent (sweet and savory), staff is really nice.
