The location is just 2 min walk from the train station. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. There were lots of restaurants around the hotel for dining

We forgot a package when we left the hotel. We sent an email and they promptly answered us and helped us with the contact of a company to send the package to Rome. Besides that, the breakfast was really delicious. My husband loved their coffee. We had a great time. Near Milano Centrale station and near taxi station too.

We like the location, the staff, the size of the room, but it is really noisy at night, I don't know what is below, just ppl talking loudly and got music till wee hours. The air con also turned off after awhile and then turned back on, instead of turned on all the time, it is set to off then on then off throughout. Location at its best, opp the main train station of milan
