LikedIt was fitting to stay here while in Florence... being swept back into time. The room and bathroom were generous in size. So stately with exquisite finishes and fittings. The large stained glass windows opened up to a beautiful view over the park. We appreciated the variety on offer for breakfast. Easily the friendliest and most efficient staff we had encountered. A big bonus to stay at a location so close to the local sights/museums, restaurants and shops as well as a quick walk to the bus/train station. Would highly recommend!

DislikedThe staff, the room. 2 of the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional; even to other guests as we witnessed on multiple occasions. No water in the room. The faucet was leaking and wet the counter. Musky odor. Could not keep our room key to go out; we were told to leave it at the front desk. Overheard staff saying she’s the only one so can’t help…there should be sufficient staffing for guests. Front door locked early, had to knock.

LikedVery polite and Friendly staff. The Room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast had various sweets. Perfect for a sweet tooth. Location was the best. 8 Min Walk to Santa Maria Church. All in all it's very nice
