LikedIts a very nice hotel; the best part is the location. It is 5 minutes away from santa maría novella train station so it is very easy to get there and to reach every corner of Florence. The rooms are a little bit old but it is part of the experience.

DislikedHave 1 actual key was a pain. Hotel only provided 1. Breakfast was not good. Same baked goods, not fresh ones out daily. Eggs were watery. Carpet in the room was dirty. Shower didn’t drain and water ended up all over the floor
