LikedLocation is great. Otherwise, rather disappointing.

DislikedRoom is very simple, old-fashioned, and not welcoming at all! I would expect that for the sum we paid to have a nicer room. The view from the window was of inner court. Again, quite frustrating. I had to ask again and again for cosmetics (e.g., soap was finished while i took a shower) and sugar/milk/coffee etc.

LikedBreakfast was great and staff friendly.

DislikedI had to ask 7 times for an iron to be delivered to the room. Breakfast wasn't included like I thought it was when I booked it and seemed expensive for what it was. It seemed the reception staff were really busy and needed more help.
