A longtime favorite destination for Italians, Rimini is all about the beach. And with almost 10 miles of sand, it’s easy to see why. It is said that there are 1,000 Rimini hotels, and while that might be a slight exaggeration, this Adriatic playground does have more than just sun, sand and glorious sea.
The food is fantastic. Well, this is Italy after all. With some of the best nightlife in Italy, Rimini has a wealth of bars with dance floors, many by the beach, and the next door town of Riccione is a clubbing mecca.
Family-orientated Rimini attractions include the dolphinarium and the Italy in Miniature and Fiabilandia theme parks. A few miles south of Rimini Miramare Airport is Oltremare, a zoo-turned-amusement park located next to Aquafan, a huge water park that becomes a nightclub with foam parties.
For silence and shade, head to Borgo San Giuliano, an area of the town with pastel-painted houses and pedestrian streets. There are also remnants of the town’s Roman past to explore: Tiberius bridge, the Roman arch and the 3rd-century Surgeon’s House.
The colonnades of the Old Fish Market make a pleasant spot for a drink before heading back to your Rimini apartment, hotel or B&B. See Booking.com for the best offers.

Lovely town with 2 different parts of the town, the coast side of the railway line and the town side, both different but good. Characterful buildings, great restaurants & cafes & great beaches. Really handy to San Marino for a great day trip, take your hiking boots & walking legs, the streets can be steep. Glad we decided to go there & would recommend to anyone.

Interesting Roman remains (which I wasn’t expecting).
Interesting Roman remains (which I wasn’t expecting). Piazza Cavour and adjoining areas outstanding architecture. Bicycles and people walking dogs everywhere, but no collisions. City centre a great place for walking with no cars and no traffic lights in old town but heavy traffic elsewhere. A good place to see happy families and with an abundance of cafés and restaurants.

Rimini is a beach resort town.
Rimini is a beach resort town. We visited it in December so we didn't have high expectations. Boy, were we wrong!
The beach area and promenade were full of walkers and cyclists. Traffic wasn't terrible at all. I liked the fact that you could walk along the beach area with having to deal with cars, motorcycles, or Vespas.
The core downtown area is a bit small but not lacking. There were a number of shops and restaurants at our disposal. We enjoyed looking at the various architectures in the area, including the old gate.
One thing we really enjoyed was the pedestrian/bike path that runs from just south of downtown, eastward to the beach area. It was very quiet and relaxing. We never felt ill at ease.
Our original intent was to use Rimini as a gateway to San Marino. However, I think we enjoyed the city more than visiting a new country.

Not a tourist town like other places we have visited. No others speaking English when walking around etc. heard it is very busy in the summer. Took a day trip to San Marino which was so close and worth doing. Food was great and the people were helpful and very nice. Very laid back vibe. You

We had a tour guide to take us around the city and its landmarks, much more interesting city than I thought previously, our guide, Nadia, was extremely knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. There are some great restaurants and bars in the main town, so much more than the beach to Rimini!

Great resort place with countless beaches, restaurants, and shops. Perfect location. The sea, airport in the town, and railway station make it easy and quick to get there and to get to other Italian cities and various places. Beautiful old town. Ravenna, San Marino, and Bologna are very close.
Great hotel, very clean, quality furnishings.
Although room is basic, it is very well organized and all is good quality. Wifi very good
Breakfast is fabulos - especially for Italy. Home made sweets, icecream, fresh juice, but also savory products.
Hosts were really welcoming and very attentive. We had a flight change and they accepted to change our stay without any cost. Really nice of them.
Location is very good at 100m from the beach with restauranrs and shops near by.
On top of this the value for money is excelent.
It was very familyfriendly, the place of the hotel was perfect, direct on the beach and good restaurant direct beside it. Safe parking and the babybed was good quality. The room was beautiful with a beautiful view on the beach. Allways warm water, fridge and airconditioner. The staff is super friendly. And i was in the beginn a little scared about racism since i wear a hijab, but they treated us super nice like everybody else. The pool was cool too. :)
If we go to rimini again, we will go to this hotel again for sure:)
Traditional hotel / B&B in a fantastic location. Piazza Marvelli (1 block away) has great beaches and private bus to San Marino. Promenade from Marvelli to marina (north) is best 1km stretch in Rimini. Easy walk to everything. Hotel owners are a very nice old couple who pitch in everywhere. Fresh omelettes and coffee made to order, plus good fruit and cakes. Rooms are quiet, just a little bit of street noise from front of building - but not a busy street at all.
An excellent hotel virtually right on the beach. Lovely balcony view over the beach. Quiet rooms which were very clean. An excellent breakfast and reception staff were very helpful,English speaking too. If lucky there is on road parking outside,if not a car park 400m away. It’s in the busy tourist part of Rimini with bars, restaurants, shops close by but the hotel itself and rooms are peaceful. It has a small pool at the front which is very nice.
Hotel is nice, the staff was very polite and helpful. Location is great, near the beach and easy to reach the old city of Rimini by bus or even a good walking. The room was clean with all the necessities, a big balcony.
Breakfast was good, tasty and variable, but it was the same menu during the all stay.
Hotel provides vouchers with discount for affiliated beach restaurants, that is a plus.
Hotel Atlantic is in an excellent location. It was nice to park on site. It is right on the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The beach chairs and umbrellas made the beach doable with a toddler. The breakfast was a nice added touch and the staff was very friendly. Room was smaller but there is so much to do outside you won't spend a lot of time in your room. The rooms were very clean!
Placed practically ON the beach! Beautiful view from the seaview room, watching the sunrise from the balcony was supernice! Breakfast was amazing, had the biggest buffet we’ve seen. By far the best breakfast buffet in Italy ‘till now!
Pool was nice and clean! Closed a bit early though.
Clean room/bathroom, no bugs!
Super cheap and great pizza place next door! Parking was pretty close!
The staff are very friendly and helpful always smiling and saying hello. My room was cleaned every day very well, and the location excellent.Breakfast so much choice and service was excellent.Right on the beach with a pool was a bonus.Taxi short ride from train station 13 euro.Lifeguards at pool.Excellent staff and hotel loved my stay even extended it more.Thankyou for a great week.
The location is perfect - near the beach but not near the "Disco-Hotels".
The staff is more than friendly and happy to help with anything that you need!
The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had - lots of variety, everyday something different, and really tasty!
Good wifi and AACC!
We will definitly repeat, when we come back to Rimini.
We were in Rimini so that we can checkout a new country, San Marino. Now we have discovered that Rimini is place to be for relaxation and Aura Living hotel is the place that we definitely will stay with again because of very helpful staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast and value for your money!
Reception staff are very helpful and they speak English. The hotel has a very good location and is right on the beach. They clean the rooms on daily bases. The double room is small around 14 sqm. The inside of the hotel looks new and is clean.
I liked the staff, guys were very polite and friendly
they aswered all my questions and helped me navigate in Rimini
I would like to recommend this hotel for other young people looking for a place near the beach
Everything! Hotel is directly on the beach. The suite was spacious and clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant in the hotel served the best pizza in the area. The location is simply great.
The location is great. 1-2 minutes walk away from some of the best beaches in Rimini. The breakfast is one of the most diverse I've ever had and better than what most hotels offer.
Everything was great. Location of the hotel is right on the beach, breakfast was tasty and you had plenty of food choice. Rooms were comfortable and clean, fresh towels every day
is it a lovely small hotel with garden with 10mins walk from Rimini station. facilities are good, breakfast is delicious, staffs are super friendly and helpful. worthy of money!
Beautiful view of the ocean. Directly on the beach, everything is right at your fingertips. Bus stop 50 feet, swimming pool. The breakfast was the best in all of Europe.
Awesome location near beach. Parkin in front of hotel. Superfriendly staff. Best breakfast in Italy over 3 weeks and 10 different stays. There is alotto like. Really.
