LikedRelatively spacious bed, close to different transportation methods, quiet area

DislikedToilet was dirty upon arrival, communication with staff is difficult if you don't know Italian depending on your luck (only 1 staff member speaks English). Room was okay but quite old. Overall my stay was okay, but definitely not in standards of a 4star hotel.

LikedMy room had everything I needed, super comfy and very quiet. Shower was amazing and the free toiletries of super quality. Breakfast was filled with options, delicious! I've managed to work from my room with comfort for the first 3 days, used the gym facilities which were a life saver and whenever I needed to go out felt safe coming back - staff was absolutely wonderful, thank you so much for making my birthday so special and my first time visiting Milan so wonderful!
