LikedLocation with a sea view

DislikedThe lifts were not working. I was on 9th floor and always only one lift was working. Very dated hotel . Tv in the room not working, no toiletries in the bathroom. I asked for iron given that i was on a business trip and they said they don’t provide i have hire their laundry services!!!! My suitcase was lost by the airline and when i arrived I needed an adopter for my labtop . They said they don’t provide

LikedLocation was amazing, lots of things a short walk away. Our suite was on the top floor which came with a stunning terrace that overlooked the sea. Very comfy bed and decent breakfast selection.

DislikedWould have liked a smart TV in the bedroom when we were relaxing - only Italian channels available. Bathroom was a bit dated with a strange smell and the bath plug didn’t work. There were also a number of ants in the room but i expect they were coming in from the terrace when the door was left open. Sad that the pool doesn’t open in May as it was already very warm and would have loved a swim.

LikedLocation and the facilies were very good.

DislikedWe arrived the hotel at 8:30am but didnt receive the room till 3:00pm although we have two kids with us and have requested early checkin. Also, the hotel venver offered any support except for keeping our bags in a locker.
