LikedGood staff, they reserved the room at the top floor that is big and very comfortable for a family. Super clean towels that appeared new. Good sheets too

DislikedVery old hotel that needs maintenance. Price is very high for such a old state place even in Milan. Our room was built for clients using wheelchair but is on the first floor with no elevator.

LikedNothing. Bad location close to Milano Centre.

DislikedEverything. Bad location near Milano central. Did not feel safe. Bathroom had black mold. Bed was hard as a rock. Had to carry my bags upstairs as the lift wasn’t working.

LikedProximity to the central station

DislikedIt was dated. You needed to use stairs to get to your room. It’s difficult when trying to carry luggage. The stairs are old and uneven. Considering the price charged, it was too expensive for what they were offering
