LikedStaff were extremely helpful on arrival, giving advice about local restaurants since the hotel itself didn't have one. They also advised on transport options into the city proper. The car park was secure.

DislikedThe location of the hotel is not the best. The area is a little confronting with lots of graffiti and run down properties and this can give a sense of being unsafe. However, with advice from the hotel staff these issues were managed.

1- Overpriced. 2- No proper kitchen in the hotel so only frozen food is heated and served. 3- Far from city center and attractions. 4- rooms with garden don't have a real garden. It is just an open space adjacent to room with plastic grass rug in the middle with a small table, chair and a Lounge chair. This area is not cleaned on daily basis.

LikedThe rooms were very spacious with all the essentials and a huge comfy bed. The staff were amazing and very welcoming each day without fail.

DislikedThey could keep on top of the tea, coffee and sugars in the room as well as providing milk.
