LikedI found the location to be very good because it's very close to the main train station. The area seems a little bit dangerous but on the other hand, that's Napoli.

LikedMy nice, clean room was larger than I expected with plenty of room to spread out my luggage. I got off the Alibus at Garibaldi Station and had a quick, easy walk to the hotel in maybe 5 minutes. I didn't use the shower since I got in very late and was leaving early the next morning, but the bathroom was very clean. My bed was comfortable, and there was no noise from my neighbors and almost no noise from the street. (I was on the 4th floor and used the convenient elevator.) In order to keep the room lights from shutting off, you need to insert your room key into a slot near the door. There were several different restaurants nearby, especially with the Central Station so close. Staff were pleasant and professional, and my check-in and check-out went quickly. There is a nice luggage storage area, as well.

LikedThe property had a fantastic location, very close to the central train station. While the rooms are much plainer than the fancy lobby it was clean, comfortable and had what I needed. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Also the tv was able to switch to English so I could relax after a heavy day of travel.

DislikedUnfortunately the guests in the next room were extremely noisy. I spoke with reception twice and to the credit of the staff they did speak with them in attempt to ask them to be more respectful. In the end it seemed nothing could be done so I think the hotel should consider making a policy for disruptive guests in future.
