The hotel was clean with really friendly staff. They took care of our luggage the next day which made our time even more enjoyable in Florence. I would definitely recommend staying here

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and 3 nights. Because it was the weekend, the nearby hotels were very expensive, but the price of this hotel was relatively reasonable. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to accommodate my requests. The room was not spacious, but it was not too inconvenient for a short stay, and the bathroom was narrow but clean. There was a bit of dust in the room, especially around the windows, which caused allergies. Breakfast was a simple continental breakfast and the bread was very delicious. However, I felt uncomfortable because the staff was not friendly. Overall, this is a hotel that offers decent rooms and breakfast at a reasonable price. 나는 이 호텔에서 2박 3일 머물렀다. 주말이라 근처 호텔이 많이 비쌌는데 비교적 합리적인 가격이었다. 프론트데스크의 직원은 친절했고 내 요구를 들어주기 위해 노력했다. 객실은 넓지는 않았으나 짧게 머물기에 크게 불편하지는 않았으며 화장실은 좁으나 청결했다. 다만 일반적인 샤워호스가 아닌 천장에 고정된 형태라 사용하기 불편했다. 객실에는 먼지가 조금 있었고 특히 창문 주변에 먼지가 많아서 알레르기가 발생했다. 조식은 간단한 유럽식 조식이었는데 빵이 매우 맛있었다. 다만 직원이 냉소적이라 불편했다. 전반적으로는 합리적인 가격에 괜찮은 방과 조식을 제공하는 호텔이다.
