LikedGood staff,very helpful and kind even the cleaning staff , good location just one metro to city centre, close to torino outlet village , few stop to turin centre station. We'll be back again ,I would recommend it to everyone.

DislikedThe hotel is old and need renovation. Rooms are clean, but furniture and bathroom are old, corners broke off. We were in April, there was 27 degrees, conditioners were not working, because is not summer time. There were very hot in room

LikedLocation to Iveco was perfect

DislikedThere were hundreds of kids at eh hotel and they were running around all night, the staff didn't care. I ended up shouting at a group outside my room at 2330.

LikedThe room was clean, comfortable beds, bathroom with bathtub. We only stayed one night, it is a little far from the airport. Nice guys at the reception, one of them gave my dauthers a little teddy bear from Novotel. It was a small gesture, we really appreciated and the girls loved their new teddy bears.

LikedI like this hotel company and I like that the hotel is near the tram but nowhere around you can buy ticket, then provide it before

DislikedI didn’t like my room, was hot and apparently in Turin they cannot let guest open the air conditioner and was really hot inside the room. We cannot open our window. Bedroom staff was short and most of my time I slept without blankets. And around the hotel is not a good area.
