LikedSuper friendly owners, very kind - my stay was pleasant in every way. Shared bathroom wasn’t issue with me, never met a soul while using it so it felt like my own - also it was right next to my room. Hotel simple but beautifully decorated. 10-15 mins walk to main touristy spots. WiFi excellent. Highly recommend to anyone in Florence.

DislikedStreet noise was quite bad so if someone has issues sleeping with with people and cars noise, it’ll be a bit of issue.

LikedI felt like I was invited to a friend's house in Florence. It is an old building, but very neat and well maintained. I had a friendly and comfortable experience as if I was staying at a family home. A friendly and cheerful couple welcomes us :)

DislikedIt was disappointing that only one towel was provided. However, the linen towels were very clean and satisfactory.

Likedi fell in love with this place. very nice atmosphere, terrace, interior. I liked that it was possible to walk everywhere. very responsive and pleasant hosts. We will definitely come back to this place.

LikedNothing very fancy but it made us feel like guests at a Florence family home, with the most amazing veranda. There was no TV in the roome but the WIFI was great. We really felt we were in the genuine Florence overlooking at the rooftops. My best experiende of the city ever !!
