Disliked1). Location, not only it was too far from the center and but it looks like a low-income area of the city. 2). A couple of days before our stay and after the free cancelation period the hotel had the same room at €65, and I paid €89 with the Genius discount otherwise it would have been €95 - so this had me reconsidering my preference of using Booking.com over other platforms

DislikedWe had our airway closed and all flights called multiple times due to bombing that occurred in our region. I tried to contact the property and beg them to do me at least partial refund . Because for several days flights from my country to Milan were impossible . The hotel refused to help as my booking was non refundable . I learnt later that other people from my country who passed through the same situation had full refund !!!!! I booked 6 nights . Since the hotel refused to refund I took a flight when our airways opened leaving me only 2 nights out of six stay in Milan . When I reached the hotel , it was the shock ! The hotel is ugly old depressing the furniture even is not in good condition , dark old depressing ! Booking.com should ask for real better pictures of the hotel to place on their website . The street looked weird … I could not even unpack , I booked on the spot another hotel and paid again and again more money to be able to sleep in at least a place where I felt safe. I am very disappointed and shocked

DislikedRoom temperature was not well maintained, AC was not working; there was a bad smell in the room. Breakfast had limited and average options. The room did not have value for money offering. The overall expereince was bad!
