LikedThe recepcionist was realy nice and took my suitcase in the 5th floor (no elevator). Real gentelmans here.

LikedThe location is perfect and Stefano and the staff are very helpful and nice. I was a solo traveler and received an up grade to a double room for 6 nights which was a pleasant surprise. You will be right on the main street from the train station to the Duomo but the noise was not a problem since they have excellent modern windows than when shut block 95% of the noise. The pastry/sandwich/coffee/cocktail shop right next to the entrance is a major plus!...those guys there are great!
