Best Western Hotel Fiera Verona, hotel in Verona

Hotel Fiera is near Verona’s Congress Center, a short bus ride into town, and just 3 stops to Porta Nuova Railway Station. Here you will find a choice of rooms and free parking. WiFi is free.

The room was small but had everything we needed plus a kettle (the water had a lot of calcium. we washed it with a sponge but it just accumulated again). Had a mini fridge which was good for those days when you just want to fall in bed but need to eat. It was good for keeping a couple of sandwiches cool. Which we got from the lidl next door. The room was good. Clean. The sheets were clean. The cleaning staff were careful and seemed attentive. If you are renting a car and doing day trips it is a great location not too far from the highway. We only did this one day. For a family with kids and renting a car it is perfect or for a good night rest on your way somewhere else it is perfect and good value. Close to a supermarket (lidl) and lots of parking space. For seeing verona maybe not unless it's just a one day thing.

FAQs about hotels in Verona

A Shakespearean Fairytale

A darling of Shakespeare, beautiful Verona is the literary home of Romeo and Juliet. The medieval families of Montague and Capulet immortalized in the tragic play did actually exist and some buildings relating to the Montagues are still present.

Sorry to disappoint, but the place purporting to have been Juliet's house in Verona was not actually where she lived. However, it’s still worth suspending reality for a while and stepping out onto the balcony to see if Romeo turns up.

Another of the must-see Verona sights is the Arena, a largely intact Roman amphitheater which is now the spectacular setting for outdoor summer operas. Smaller Roman relics include the stone bridge that crosses the river by the Roman theater whose remains are partly beneath a house.

The city’s narrow streets house many cafes and restaurants which have cheaper fare than the touristy ones by the Arena, although admittedly the views are less impressive. Life in Verona is laid back and elegant, so expect to see some well-heeled Italians on a post-dinner passeggiata.

Verona Airport is a little out of town, so you’ll need to take a bus to get to your Verona hotel, apartment or B&B. Book with Booking.com for the best choice.

It was awesome to meet with family and Verona was the perfect location as it is small and you get to walk and go to nearby lakes and spend the day with dear ones. We ate at a lovely restaurant IL PUNTO ROSA. the food is awesome and the service is excellent. They also have great desserts and very reasonable prices. We loved it!! The attractions are easy to get to. Has very lively piazzas and very nice people. Yes, Verona is nice to go but you must get a nice bed and a nice home made breakfast.

Very tight city where you can see a lot and do not need much time. Venezia is 1.30 mins by train and costs only 10-11 euro per person. Garda lake was not bad. We visited Lezise and Bardolino and had a good time. We eat 100% outside and the food was amazing. Dinner for 3 of us costed 70-130 euro depends of the restaurant.

The best feature of Hotel Bologna was the location. Its around 100 meters from the Arena and Piazza Bria. You are right in the heart of Verona and can get anywhere in no more than 10 minutes on foot. Some of the best restaurants are only a minute away. The staff is super friendly and readily available with any help at all. We were in Italy for 3 weeks and they were probably the best staff we interacted with across all the hotels we went to. I wish we could have had them with us at eery location.

This place is not as advertised. It was SO loud. From train noise to hearing the nearby neighbors talking, going to yhs bathroom, or making any noise, it was like they were inside my room. It was a very unpleasant stay. The room was clean but the building and room smelled terrible… I spent as much time out of the place as possible. Neighborhood was close to city center, but other than that, nothing was appealing. I’ve been traveling around Italy and the is one of the worst places I stayed.

Wonderful welcome and hospitality from the general manager, Alessandro. The rooms were beautiful and the views were out of this world! We were very fortunate to stay in the top suite with both bath and balcony overlooking Verona. We could not have found a more romantic hotel. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and presented beautifully. It is a very small boutique hotel, so it felt like a home rather than a hotel. We had 2 bikes which the manager kindly let us store in his garage.

Our stay at Federicas accommodation was great. We really enjoyed. Federica is very attentive and friendly. She gave us good recommendations of what to visit during our stay and helped us with the parking spot. The location is great, just few minutes from the centre of Verona. The accommodation was very spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Nothing to worry about 😊 We were traveling in different towns in Italy, but the best experience was in this place. The hotel is nice but it seems like Verona is very expensive. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in on a two week drive through Italy, but was the least inviting, furthest from the city and most basic as far as the rooms. The breakfast was good and the staff nice and helpful. There is carparking under the building for 10 euro a day. The hotel is quiet and you can walk to the city center but it is about 20 minutes. There are good places to eat close by.

We had been staying in the Dolomites for a week and then just finished our Italian trip staying just 3 days in Verona so that we could go to see the Opera Rigoletto in the open air Roman Arena. The boutique hotel was really lovely with stylish furnishings. The bathroom was modern and fully fitted out. We had breakfast that included really delicious pastries made on the premises by a very pleasant lady who also served us our breakfast.

This was a decent location for a walk into Verona if you have a car and don’t want to drive in the ZTL. Parking facility was very secure, and Hotel was easy to navigate to (there’s a reserved parking spot for temp check in). Shower was nice, good pressure, hot water. It’s not luxury, but it’s nice enough to stay for a night or two to explore Verona (if that’s what you’re really there for).

The location of hotel in a wide leafy street was perfect in terms of Verona train station ( 10 mins walk), old town( 10 mins walk) , airport 15 minutes by car or airlink bus ( only 7 euro each and at train station). Beds very comfortable and room big ( adult and two tall teens ), good selection at breakfast and lots of it.
