Hotel Relais Il Cestello

LikedI spent three days and two nights in Florence alone and they won’t be so wonderful if I would not stay at a very cosy, clean, atmospheric and welcoming hotel Cestello. I had room number 30, it was very nice, silent and a very clean room. You have everything you need there. It is very close to the train station (I went there by foot) and at the same time 10 min walk from Ufitzi and other sightseeing. Special thanks to Valeria who were there to help with any questions. I had a feeling that I’m at 5 stars and 3 stars hotel. It was a very good luck that I choose this hotel. Thank you very much and see you soon 🍀

LikedThe lady at the from desk was super helpful and very friendly. Her tips were amazing and made my visit very enjoyable. The single room is a good size and very clean. Only thing was the noise from the other rooms could be very clearly heard. The location is great for safety and distance to attractions.

LikedGreat location, centrally located but quiet, the staff was extremely accommodating, clean! I would book it again.

LikedStaff (Valeria e Eduina), dimension of the room, clean and decoration of the room and wc. Amenities, breakfast was good as well.

DislikedLocation is ok, but a bit complicated to park the car. Valeria found us a garage nearby for a great cost.

LikedThe hotel is very well situated in a local neighborhood area, but still close to the city center by aprox 13 min walking. The bus stop to Siena - Piazza Tasso is at 9 mins walk. The room was spacious and clean. I checked out and could store my luggage for a couple of hours. The staff and owner were very kind and attentive. If I come back to Florence, I will stay again here. It was a extraordinary stay.
