LikedAll the staff are superb - particularly front desk staff - always smiling, welcoming and extremely helpful. The location is also excellent.

LikedGreat location not far from the train station, and then we were able to walk to most of the sights from there,

LikedWe like the look and feel of the hotel. The person who checked us in was friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant staff was amazing!
DislikedOur bathroom shower was not sealed well and after a shower the whole bathroom had a wet, slippery floor . Not safe. Our room was also a bit stuffy but honestly we didn’t talk to the staff about solving that issue. The breakfast buffet looked amazing, but most hot foods were cold. - The staff was great! The men at the front desk were … efficient, but not friendly.
