LikedFantastic location, nice room.

DislikedStaff unhelpful. Had to carry our bags and offered no help. Bed hard and uncomfortable and pillows were horrible.

LikedThe location is very practical with the metro station just in front of the hotel, and a free parking for the car. It’s perfect for people coming to Turin by car and who don’t want to bother with finding a parking in the city center! And the breakfast buffet was stunning, clearly worth the price.

LikedThe rooms were spacious and clean. There was an option to add breakfast to our rooms which we did and it was a nice selection for breakfast. The hotel is attached to a mall that that was nice if you are looking for something to do. It is also close to a metro stop. It is a bit out from the main city center.

DislikedThe service at the restaurant for dinner seemed really slow. There are also not really any restaurants to walk to around the hotel. It is nice that the hotel has a restaurant it just took a long time to get our food but maybe it was busier than normal because of rainy weather.

LikedGreat location, and interesting history of building, right next to shopping centre and restaurants and metro .

DislikedFor a four star hotel there was no tea/ coffee making facility in room .

Likedthe room was clean and nice and the location was practical.

DislikedThe room was quite cold not so much warm ambience , it made us feel we are in an office and not in a room
