LikedA lovely hotel down a side street. It's a busy area so we felt safe at all times. Large attractive room with a very high ceiling. The breakfast room is amazing. Very old and historic, like a banquet hall. Excellent breakfast with a wide range of choices.
DislikedOur room faced on to the street. There was some noise from outside in the evening. If you don't want this you could ask for a room facing inwards.

LikedLocation - walkable to the main Naples sites & restaurants. Quirky old building with lovely old breakfast room Lovely staff.
DislikedVery hard bed, we were near the breakfast room & woken up at 05:30 by the staff getting the breakfast ready - then by people coming & going for breakfast. No kettle or tea/coffee in room - but a kettle was provided on request & we had brought our own tea & coffee. We had a car - driving in Naples to get to hotel was terrifying!

LikedThe room was comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast room is beautiful. The location is very convenient for visiting the old center of Napoli.
DislikedThe surroundings, entrance and lobby of the hotel. No stairs to get to the rooms, the only access is by elevator (a small one).
