LikedThe location and free luggage storage
DislikedYou can hear every laughing next door during late night; The shower was super small. If you are a big guy, don’t bother stay here since you won’t fit in the shower. I’m serious.

Likedimmaculate, friendly staff, 10 or so minute walk from public transportation. Able to store luggage for a few hours before check in.

LikedLocation is perfect. Just 10 minutes from Duomo
DislikedRoom was super small and not very convenient. Some details as example - there is kettle in the room, but it is inside the closet where you put clothes… and you don’t have cups and don’t have tea/coffee.

DislikedI had my friend sleep over for one night and i got charge additional 70 euro which seams strange. Especially as my reservation was for 2.

LikedBrilliant location. We have stayed here before so we knew what to expect. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
DislikedNo shelf in the bathroom, towel rail (too high), and a hook on the back of the door would have been helpful, but these are very minor issues overall.
